Together We Can Create Ripples of Change

Each shift you make in counseling will ripple out into your family, your relationships, and your greater community. The positive effects are exponential.

I am a Depth Psychotherapist, Credentialed Art Therapist and Coach. My style of counseling invites reflection, creative exploration, and cleansing. We may begin at the surface, discovering how your emotions and actions mirrors back your own perception of the world. As we develop trust, we'll begin to work with different mind-body, depth psychology and art therapy techniques to dive deeper into your experience and begin to reshape old patterns.

I invite you and your companions (which may include a partner, family members, your feelings, symptoms, or challenges) to be my guests in reflecting on your past, being in the present, and re-imagining your future.

On a personal note...

Like most people called to the helping professions, I too have suffered my own personal wounding experiences of heartbreak, disappointment, loss, and challenging life circumstances. These life experiences were gifts in disguise, providing opportunities from which to gain valuable perspective and wisdom, as well as the creation of an empathic opening for connecting more deeply with others.

Outside my role as a therapist, I am a psychology professor at two graduate school programs, a mother of two wonderful beings, and a  musician. A gypsy at heart, I am passionate about traveling, culture, & international cuisine. I enjoy spending time outdoors, the arst, music, theatre, mountain bike riding, snowboarding, and quality time with friends and family.

Además, hablo español y estoy siguiendo mejorar mi fluidez.
